Fluffy Crumpets
Ingredients
1 egg
3 tblsp Castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tblsp oil
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup of milk
Pinch of salt
Beat together egg and sugar. Add vanilla, oil and salt-beat.
Add flour and milk and beat until smooth.
Lastly add baking powder and beat for just a few seconds.
Spray and cook a pan and using a ladle pour onto hot pan.
Once u see bubbles it can be turned.
Fry on medium heat.
