Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Preheat oven 350’
Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 cup of brown sugar (dark brown if you have it)
Pour it into a 9x13 cake pan
Add Pineapple Rings
Add Cherries set aside.
For the cake.. I used a Pineapple Cake mix, 3 lg eggs, 1/3 C oil and 1 Cup of pineapple juice
Mix well.
Pour over Pineapples n Cherries
Bake for 25 minutes
Cool and flip over onto wax paper
