Spicy Steak Fajitas


Ingredients


* 2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips


* 1 red bell pepper sliced thin


* 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin


* 1 green bell pepper sliced thin


* I large yellow onion, sliced thin


* 3 tbsp Olive Oil


* 1 tbsp lime juice


* ½ tsp chili powder


* 1 tsp ground cumin


* ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper


* 2 garlic cloves, minced


* 2 cups Mexican Blend cheese, shredded


* 6 to 8 tortillas


Instructions


FIRST STEP:


In a zip lock bag, place the sliced steak, the spices, the lime juice and the olive oil


Close the bag, shake to coat the pieces of steak


SECOND STEP:


Add the peppers and onions to the bag and reclose the bag


Shake the bag again to coat the vegetables


THIRD STEP:


Add 1 tbsp Olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the bag into the heated skillet.


Cook until the vegetables are just becoming tender and the steak is cooked


FOURTH STEP:


Serve with warm tortillas , sprinkle with shredded cheese and your choice of optional toppings
