Cinnamon Marshmallow Brownies


Weekend baking dear cookers.

Ingredients:


250 ml Brick Margarine or butter


150 g Dark Chocolate


60 g Cocoa


150 g Flour


10 ml Cinnamon


500 g Castor Sugar


5 Eggs beaten


150 g Marshmallows chopped




Method:


1) Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.




2) Melt the margarine and the chocolate together over low heat.




3) Mix the cocoa with the flour, cinnamon and the sugar and, off the heat, mix this mixture into the margarine and chocolate.




4) Mix in the eggs and fold in the marshmallows.




5) Turn the brownie mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C until the surface has set but still feels soft underneath. This will take about an hour. Allow to cool and slice
