2 BITE CHEESECAKES
1 can Crescent Rolls
1 8oz Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Fruit filling or Jam of choice
Unfold crescent rolls and cut into 2 inch squares.
Place in to mini cupcake pan.
Press dough until inside is covered.
Mix Cream Cheese, Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla until well blended.
Fill each cake hole 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated 350* oven for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool and top with fruit filling or Jam. Makes 24.
