 Strawberry Cake Ever *


*Ingredients




°9 ounces white or vanilla cake mix 1/2 of an 18-ounce pack


°1 egg white


°1/2 c water


°3 t vegetable oil


°1/2 t of vanilla


°3 oz yogurt 1/2 of a 6-ounce container


°1/4 c canned all-fruit melt strawberries


°1 1/2 c whip cream 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped with 1 t icing sugar to make 1 1/2 c natural whip topping such as Truwhip


°1 pint strawberries




*Methods




Placing an oven rack in center of oven also preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8-inch around pan with cooking spray, & sprinkling with flour.


In a large bowl, beat 9 ounces cake mix (about 1/2 package), egg white, water, oil, vanilla, and 3 yogurts with an electric mixer until well blended, 2 to 3 minutes.


Pour cake batter to prepared pan also bake , 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and letting cool on a wire rack for 10 min. Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it on the wire rack to cool completely.


Divided cool cake horizontally into 2 layers. Placing bottom layer cutting side up on cake plate. Spreading 1/2 of preserves on bottom layer. Covering with half whip cream or whip topping & half strawberries.


Covering with rest layer, cut side down. Coat with rest jam and whip topping. Arrange rest strawberries on top.
